Over the past nine years, Amr’s experience has spanned various technologies, including different Hardware architectures, Network Systems & Infrastructure services including design, delivery, deployment, configuration and support different systems and technologies. His experiences spanned the whole lifecycle of the Information Technology processes starting from the presales activities (such as Proposal, Presentations, Prove of Concept and Demos) to post-sales activities (such as Implementation, delivery and deployment) and finally support and maintenance including some project management activities (Such as Project plan, Scope of work and customer handling).
