Design CONCEPTS

A – AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM:

The design system heat load calculation will be using the latest sophisticated computer programs (Carrier E-20 ii ) including all zone loads with economical and actual design points . These factors are based on ASHRAE volume FUNDAMENTAL latest edition.
Duct design will be according to SMACNA standard using equal friction method with all related fittings.
System selection will be ducted system distributed as spaces requirements, with special ventilation of food & kitchen areas.
Controls and Units selection will be for high performance and reliable as well as energy conservation for operational condition.
A complete set of specifications according to the American standards will be provided describing all items.
A detailed Bill of Quantity will be issued to facilitate pricing and contractors quotation comparison for client approvals.

B- WATER & SEWEGE SYSTEMS

The design will be according to National Plumbing Code ( NPC ) and all pumps and pipe tests will be carried out to insure proper water and drainage distribution system.
Pipe selections materials, schedule will be decided according to the system proposed and according to Code.
A complete technical specifications will be submitted for guidance of construction procedures.
A detailed Bill of Quantity will be issued to facilitate pricing and contractors quotation comparison for client approvals.

C- FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM

The design will be according to National Fire Protection Association code
( NFPA ) as well as the local authority of civil defense and all pipe test will be carried out to insure proper water distribution system.
Hydraulic analysis will be using the latest sophisticated software to insure fire code requirements also energy and storage conservation.
Pipe selections materials, schedule will be decided according to the system proposed.
